Executive Coaching

Many executives discover the merits of Coaching when working on new goals and making positive shifts in their management styles. Many exceed their own expectations. Coaching is most obviously beneficial when it provides achievement to those executives who do not ‘know’ what to get and what to avoid.

In individual or small-group sessions, we provide a stimulating, supportive and non-threatening environment and assist our clients to:

• Define the issues at hand and the goals to be achieved
• Develop strategies to address the issues and reach the goals set
• Consider alternative strategies and their implications
• List the barriers to achieving these goals, and the steps to minimise/eliminate ..the barriers
• Develop, commit to and implement a realistic plan.

The coaching process includes:

• Clarifying personal values
• Brainstorming fresh opportunities
• Identifying achievable goals and strategies
• Exploring how ‘one’ operates best at work and in private life
• Challenging individuals and framing suggestions for action.

Successful coaching necessitates a collaborative approach between Coach and Client. We undertake the role of facilitator of change; the Client needs to accept the responsibility to commit to, and act on an agreed plan of action.
